How To Submit A Support Ticket

Submitting a ticket is one of the ways that you can quickly get ahold of our Hero Support Team. We want your web hosting experience to be as easy as possible so you can focus on what matters, your website or business!

Here is how to submit a support ticket.

1) Login to the WebsiteMKR Platform

2) After login, Click the Tickets button located on the top of your Client Area.




3) Click Open Ticket under Support side-bar
 
 
Note: Instead of step 2 and 3 you could directly click Support tickets at the bottom of the page.
 
 
4) Select the area where you need help.

In this example, we are going to click Technical Support


 
5) Fill out the fields and click Submit.

 
A member of our support team will immediately follow-up with your issue.
